*Brand + User Research *Persona development *Storyboarding + Wireframe creation * Functional design development *Experience working alongside and collaborating with flash developers, as well as front / backend developers *Interpreting brand campaigns into a digital medium *Iconography design + development *Experience designing + integrating visual languages *Interaction/interface Design *The ability to lead on projects and manage designers *Strong conceptual skills *Experience doing visual design work for a medium to large-scale project of medium to high complexity *Flawless execution *A willingness to take direction and feedback and interpret that into interesting, innovative design *A basic understanding of how web-based presentation layer technologies work and how to exploit them, including DHTML, Flash, and AJAX *The ability to take design concepts and extrapolate how to execute them efficiently against a several different types of templates *A basic understanding of both information design and user interface design best practices *Experience working alongside and collaborating with a strong user interface design team
