Amy has led our Human Resources department since 2003. She has been instrumental in helping to manage the agency's growth, as BSSP has more than doubled in size since she joined. Her role in operations has also been key in managing growth, as she managed the build out of the agency's current office space. In addition to all staff matters including recruitment, Amy oversees benefits, general administration and the well being of our 150 employees.
Amy joined BSSP as part of our acquisition of SF Interactive in 2003. Amy began her career in HR and Administration in the field of architecture and design. She then moved over to SF Interactive where she helped to manage that company's rapid growth, including creative and technical staffing in San Francisco, New York and Washington DC.
